Temporary Problem With Issuing Military ID Cards in Manila!
Posted by Service Officer on January 29th, 2008
All in to line:
Last week after using the last dependent ID cardstock (tan ID cards) I went to open a new box of cardstock labeled tan but found it was instead red (used for reservists and their dependents). A few minutes later, I emailed DMDC Korea to FedEx overnight a shipment of tan ID cards so that I could remain in operation, but as of this time today I still have not received anything from them. As such, I will not be able to issue active duty dependent, retiree dependent, DAV, and DAV dependent ID cards (DD Form 1173) tomorrow, 29 January 2008, and until further notice.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
